Quotes and bookings
Prices and availability shown on this website are indicative and can change until your booking is confirmed in writing.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and send you a written confirmation.
Payments
The deposit amount and the date the balance is due are stated in your quote or confirmation. If payment is not received on time we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges below.
Changes and cancellations by you
Please tell us in writing if you want to change or cancel a booking. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the rules of the hotels, airlines and other suppliers involved; the charges that apply are stated in your quote or confirmation.

Occasionally we or our suppliers may need to change or cancel arrangements. If that happens we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a refund of the amount paid for the affected services.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, permits and any health documents needed for your trip. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance from the time you book.
Our responsibility
MY Travel Website arranges travel services provided by independent suppliers. We take care in choosing them, but we are not liable for their acts or omissions, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, natural disasters, strikes or government action.
