Who we are
This website is operated by MY Travel Website ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or book travel with us, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
Details you give us when you send an enquiry or make a booking: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of travellers and any message or preferences you share.
Details needed to deliver a booking, such as traveller names, ages and identity or passport details where an airline, hotel or authority requires them.
Basic technical information collected automatically, such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit, used to keep the website working and secure.
How we use your information
To reply to your enquiries, prepare quotes and itineraries, and arrange and manage your bookings.
To share the necessary details with travel suppliers (for example hotels, airlines, transport and activity providers) so they can provide the services you booked.
To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and to prevent fraud.
To send you travel offers only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
Sharing your information
MY Travel Website does not sell your personal information. We share it only with suppliers needed to fulfil your booking, with service providers who help us run our business (such as payment and IT providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law for accounting or tax records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
